Your calls and e-mails to your congresspersons and senators DOES make a difference. We defeated the amnesty bill in June and we can get make the federal government work for us again by demanding that they introduce the following legislation.
I urge you to introduce a binding bill that will deny federal funds for any state that issues state IDs or driver's licenses. We need to do this to prevent the attempts by the democrats to steal the election in 2008, which is why Spitzer tried to issue DLs to illegals in NY.Please introduce legislation to
1.) ban states from issuing driver's licenses or state ID cards to illegal immigrants and
2.) require valid photo ID (driver's license, military ID, state ID) to vote in 2008.
In light of Eliot Spitzer's attempt to give licenses to illegals -- which is really just a way to buy votes for democrats -- we need this bill to prevent the disenfranchisement of legal citizens by those who wish to commit election fraud.Punishment for breaking this law could include revocation of all federal funds to the offending state for a period of ten (10) years.Possible name: Voter Identification Act (VIDA)
